We get it. You realized you need a corner unit instead of an arm. Or you want a different fabric. Here's what it costs:
Change Fees:
Free within 24 hours
$100 within 2–5 days (fabric cutting has started)
$200 after 5 days (your order is in final stages)
How to Request a Change:
Email us as soon as possible at support@builtbest.com with your order number and the change you’d like to make. Our team will take a look and let you know what’s possible. We’re friendly. We promise.
If You’re On the Fence: Order a fabric sample set for $5. Or try a seat cushion sample ($60, refundable) to test comfort and feel first.

What’s Covered
Manufacturer defects in materials or craftsmanship.
What’s Not Covered
Cushions, covers, or fabrics (these wear naturally — replacements are always available for individual purchase)
Damage from misuse, abuse, or natural events like floods, fires, or earthquakes

If the issue isn’t covered under warranty, individual frame parts are available for $15 each (shipping included).
Shipping Policy
We Ship Smart. You Save Big.
We stick to standard shipping. No rush options or PO boxes. It’s simpler, and that simplicity keeps prices down.
What to Expect:
Ships in about 15 business days (good things take a minute)
Arrives 2–4 days later via UPS, depending on location.
Tracking provided once shipped (so you can stalk responsibly)
Carbon-neutral shipping (UPS offsets emissions)
Delivery Notes:
Your sectional ships in multiple flat-pack boxes. They're designed to be light enough to carry yourself (35lbs to 65lbs, depending on the unit) and small enough to fit through any door, hallway, or staircase a human can fit through.
Good to Know: Box dimensions and weights are listed on each product page. Keep them handy in case you ever need to return something.

Life happens. Plans change. If Built Best isn't right for you, here's how returns work:
How to Return:
Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery
Pack everything back into the original boxes. Yes, those ones. Turns out they matter.
Return shipping is on you. Flat-rate label provided.
Once everything arrives and looks like it should, we process your refund
Return Fees:
We charge a 15% restocking fee to cover original labor and materials. Industry standard. Keeps prices fair for everyone.
Donation Option:
Don’t want to deal with return shipping? Donate your sectional to a local charity and send us proof (a quick photo works). The 15% restocking fee still applies. The couch goes to someone who needs it. Everyone feels good about that.
